Arresto Menor

My question is, what if the company, let's say an Insurance company declares bankruptcy, what will happen to the employee or office staff who served for 23 years even if without benefits that an employee should have.

What will be her benefits?
What will be the possible actions should be done to this?

Thank you.

Reclusion Perpetua
Hindi naman automatic nga stop na ang operations ng company if it declares bankruptcy. Ang dami pang pwedeng but if everything turns out negative, ipapriotize naman ang payment ng employees...
