Hi po!Good day! Pahingi po sana advice.Ok lng ba mag acquire ng sinasanlang lote na ang panghahawakan lang ay Notarized na kasulatan at photocopy ng land title and plan... Di pa po kc nkapangalan sa nagsasangla dahil maliit lang ung parte nya at wala pa daw sya pangtitulo..ang land title po ay hawak ng may mas malaking parte sa lupa..What are the chances po pag di binayaran on duedate?Thanks in advance!...I just jave to know kung sapat na po ung notarized kasulatan at photocopy ng land title.thanks thanks thanks! Get the title number. Go to the Register of Deeds and verify if there are no other encumbrances on the property. Also, what is the nature of the notarized deed? ONLY THE OWNER OR THE PERSON THE OWNER AUTHORIZES CAN MORTGAGE the property.

Kung nakasangla na sa iba, mas may karapatan silang maunang maningil.
