Hello po. Nakabili po ako ng rights ng property sa Tondo,Manila. Wala raw pong title at pamana daw po iyon sa kanya ng late grandmother thru kasulatan. Ask ko lang po sana if paano matrace at mavalidate ang title? LRA? RD? Sa paanong paraan po ba un magiging legal sa pangalan ko? Salamat po

Hi very, very risky ang bumili Ng possessory rights. Suggest heirs on subject property make their agreement what to do with the property.

Sa LRA pwede magtanong Ng history Ng property. Kaya Lang need mo authority to do that.
