Magandang araw po,

Puede po bang magtanong kung halimbawa ang dalawang tao na nasa tamang edad at nagkabentahan ng property tapos sulat kamay lang(ang dokumento) at may pirma naman ng dalawang panig at isang testigo. Pag halinbawa bang umabot eto sa husgado dahil me nagkwestiyon, me legal effect ba yun kahit di notaryado at makaluma ang paraan(undergraduate ng high school yung mga pumasok sa kasunduan). Yes.

However, you cannot register this with the Register of Deeds (if it is titled property) or with the Assessor's Office because it is not in the proper form.

Sorry ha, isa na lang, kung me legal binding siya, paano mapoprotektahan nito yung nakabili sa ilalim ng batas. Pasensiya na nalito kasi ako kaya puedeng ma-expound lang ng kaunti pa. Maraming salamat uli.

Bakit hindi nalang kasi pumunta sa notaryo at ulitin nalang? Hindi ninyo mairerehistro yan.

Walang problema habang buhay pa yung bumili at hindi ibinenta ng nagbenta sa kanya sa iba.
