not sure if you were able to watch the xxx case about lola lourdes. the situation is like that. Can dswd/government file a case against the children and the son in law of the victim? is there a special case that can be filed? if yes, makukulong po ba sila and gaano po katagal sila pwede makulong?

no, i am not familiar with that. if you have personal knowledge of the abuse, you can file the case at the prosecutor's office and if you were able to present sufficient evidence to convince the prosecutor, he will elevate the case to the court.
