What "actions" are you talking about here? what did the employee do besides 'maglaba'?

You know, if you say you have nothing against the employee and yet your actions tend to say otherwise, it can be assumed that you really do have something (against the employee).

Be reminded that you CAN always discipline an employee even if you do not place him/her under PS.
