gusto ko lang po ma laman ano po pwede kong gawin..

yes, meron akong na gawang mali sa trabaho ko,
nag submit napo ako ng resignation last aug22 at na received na po ng
hr namin, then kahapon kasi day-off ko, hinatid dito sa bahay namin at pina
pirmahan ng supervisor ko mismo ang NTE. eto po ang naka sulat..

then naka sunod nilang nilagay ang mga pangyayari sa mali ko.. (accept ko na totoo naman)

right to be heard and willnot be deterrent for an immediate imoposition of disciplinary action.<

yan po ang naka lagay sa letter..

tanong ko lang po:
1. kelangan ko pa bang sagutin ang NTE letter? ano pag hindi?
2. kelangan ko pa bang mag render pa ng 30days work? at follow ang clearance procedure?
3. or ok lang ba na mag awol nalang ako?

1. oo para maibigay mo yung side mo. kung hindi, sinusuko mo yung karapatan mo na marinig.
2. hindi ka ba nilagay sa preventive suspension?
3. kahit mag awol ka, if found guilty eh liable ka padin. kung kakasuhan ka ng qualified theft, medyo mabigat yan kaya try to have the issue resolved without getting the court involved.

mas mabuti na sagutin mo yung NTE and face the consequences of your actions.. hindi ka din nila papayagan mag resign kasi may pending case ka pa..

1. Nasa sayo yan kung sasagutin mo. Karapatan mong sumagot o hindi.
2. Di mo kelangang mag-render kasi siguradong hindi tinanggap and resignatiopn letter mo. Pwede ka lang magpa-clearance kung separated kna sa kumpanya.
3. Nasa sayo din yan kung gusto mo mag-AWOL. Karapatan mong pumasok o hindi na. Pumasok ka o hindi, malamang itutuloy pa din ang kaso mo.
