Good day po. Madami na sa ahente ng account namin ang nagrereklamo pero walang boses maglabas ng galit sa management dahil sa ginagawa nila. Sa Call center po ang trabaho ko. Nagsimula po ito nung july, mandatory OT lahat ng ahente sa account namin dahil daw marami ang NAGAWOL, RTWO,ABSENT ETC. Hindi umubra ang 30 mins kaya inaraw araw kame ng 1 oras. wala po kameng magawa kase sabi sabi by august daw ok na. Come august po, same scenario nanaman. 1 hr ot na buong buwan. Hanggang ngayon po ganun ang ginagawa nila. Nagsasabi sila ng date kung kelan matatapos pero iuuron nila ng iuurong. Ano po ang pwede naming gawin? May karapatan po bang tumanggi ang mga ahente sa ganito? Ang dahilan po nila, kulang kase sila sa tao.

Bayad naman po. Sobrang Queueing po kase sa account namin tapos 1 hr deferred pa madalas ang break at lunch kaya ang kinakasama po ng loob ng mga ahente eh sana daw maghire nalang ng tao kesa kame ang nagsasuffer. Sabi po kase nila last month hanggang end of august lang daw at ayos na ang lines pero after nun nagulat kame inextend nanaman ng hanggang sept 6. tapos after kahapon, meron parin.

may mga parameters when they can force you. pero usually if magaling ang HR nila parati kaya nilang i-shoot dun sa parameters to make it mandatory. Try to talk to HR if they will permit you to be exempted.

If you want to force the issue pwede ka naman tumanggi, overtime can only be mandatory if its is in the contract or if its is an emergency. it MIGHT result in your career never getting any advancement in your current employment though so you better decide if you want to remain in that organization or not.

Wala pong exact na sinabi kung ano mangyayari. sabi po samin, hindi mandatory pero required. Up to now, tuloy tuloy parin ang OT and worst, umaabot na na ang hinihingi nila is 1-2 hrs ot na po.

May narinig pa ko sabi ng isang tl, hinihintay nalang daw nila na may magsumbong sa DOLE. what does that mean? Even bosses can no longer give us exact reason why OTs are being asked. Kesa daw mawala ang account etc.

E. where the completion or continuation of the work started before the eight hour is necessary to prevent serious obstruction or prejudice to the business or operations of the employer.. nabasa ko lang po..
