Nag trabaho po aq s isang maliit n kompanya mula ng aug 2016. Mula ng feburuary 2017, d n poh ako nkktangap ng sweldo ko. Puro allowancw or cash advance lng dhil wala maliit lng dw ang gawa nmin. June 2017, d na poh pinapasok s office nmin ng may ari ng kompanya s nbblitaan nya n may relasyon kami ng common law husband nya n ngmmanage ng company. Pero dahil s d nman ung may ari mismo ang ngmmanage, ang ginawa ng common law husband nya, pngptuloy p dn ang trabaho ko pero d n aq mgrreport s office. Kumbaga home based nlang aq. Pero simula ng february d na talaga nila aq bnugyan ng tamang sweldo. Puro allowance lang. May karapatan ba aq mgsampa ng reklamo laban s employer ko para mkuha ko buong sweldo ko at tuluyan nang maalis s kompanya nila. Sana matulungan nyo poh aq.

You can file a complaint and that is a very strong one because any employer doesn't have the right to withhold wage or salaries and may I remind you that when file a complaint be sure to have your payslip with you as for evidence.
