Is the "No hostage" law still valid?
(Section 1, R.A. No. 9439).
(Implementing Rules and Regulations of R. A. No. 9439)

=Not allowed by hospitals to keep patients until bill is full paid. (There is an exception when have private room.)

What to do if hospital refuse to let out anyway?
(I mean after promisary note of the dept is signed.)

(They have some "miniwalls" separators but sure not enough to fullfil the law demand for exception, although the hospital perhaps claim se anyway.)
