First of all wala pong contract na pinapirmahan sa akin nung pumasok

Second he promised na after 3 months eh magkakaroon ng raise

Then dumating yung 3rd month pero di pa din kami na raise so after that nag decide ako na magresign

Saka kailangan ko ba mag stay another 30 days ?
May mga nabasa kasi ako na forum na 2weeks is enough kung probationary ka palang naman yun din kasi ang sabi ng tatay ko pero the company is forcing me to stay for 30 days and nakahold yung sweldo ko (payment for 15th of the month) nagpasa ako is 14th of the month at ang sabi pa nya pati yung sweldo ko for the 30 days na bubunuin ko eh nakahold din

Please help

1. Walang pinirmahan, walang bisa.
2. 30 days - Yes.
3. 2 weeks? Walang ganun.
