Hi good morning I just wanna ask what are the legal grounds for a manager who uses his/her authority to file company violations against his/her employees?

Thanks in advance.

In Human Resources procedure tama po ba yun?
Thanks po in advance.

Kung may makitang violation ang Manager ninyo, either 1) he can talk to you and find out what happened or 2) have it being on the "record" by making an incident report. for #2 di niya kailangan kausapin kayo at mag paliwanag, kasi darating naman ang papel mula sa HR na mag paliwanag kayo in writing (that's why the memo is called Notice to Explain or Show Cause Memo).

May mga kumpanya ay nag authorize ng line managers to do the NTE process however most company just let the HR do it para di maabala ang managers, that is why the HR issues the nte.
