That's technically adultery because you had sexual intercourse with a man not your husband DURING the subsistence of your marriage.

Hi im new in this site, i am seeking legal advise about my marriage. I got married on September 18, 2012 in Pasay City, in fact i had with me a marriage certificate issued by NSO. A year after our marriage, i found out that my husband is supporting HIS child, two years older than my eldest child.. but the surprise did not end there, last week i learned that he is also married to another girl, i think 2 years before we got married.. is our marriage valid? i am using his surname, im afraid my records will be messed up esp it has reflected to all my government issued IDs and accounts. Please help.. i had enough and i would really want that our marriage be declared null and void. what should i do? thanks

Check with the civil registry of the place of his alleged first marriage.

If it exists, and if his marriage is valid and subsisting, your marriage to him is VOID, but you have to have your marriage declared VOID by filing a petition in court. Hire a lawyer.

Ano ba ang pwede namin gamitin grounds for annulment? Maraming salamat sa maipapayo mo sa akin.
