Hi.

YOU ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION.

Is she legally married to the police?

No. She's not married to the father of my youngest half brother (The police). Actually, the police was already married when they lived together for several years.

You, your children and your immediate needs come first. If there is nothing left, she cannot squeeze blood from a stone.

They had three sons. Now, ung bunso namen at naka-apilyido sa nag-ampon sakanaya.

Why would he be jailed? Someone you are not married to has no right to demand support. Your mother has no right to demand support from the police officer.

I met my mother last april of this year after 20 years when she left us (We're three). I also met my other 4 siblings last may.

We're three siblings from my dad. (Who raised us because our mother left us)

I have a younger brother from a different man. (Actually, he was abandoned and adopted by someone)

I also have 3 more brothers from a suspended police. The two of them are in my mother's caring. The youngest has been abandoned by our mother and adopted by an old lady without his father knowing that he still has a third son from my mother. He just knew my my youngest brother looked for him and our mother through facebook. He's now 17.

Now, after we met each other. We found out that our mother is suffering from cancer stage 3-B.

Ngayon, kinasuhan nya ung suspended police for abandonement and non-support for his children. Ngayon not sure bkt naikulong na ang suspended police because of this, The suspended police was not married to our mother, because he has been married to someone befor he met our mother,.

Question:
Is it legal to sue the suspended police for that case even through she also abandoned our youngest brother without even introducing him to his father when he was born?

Can we file a case against our mother for what she has done for our youngest brother?

Thank you
