1 LEGAL SEPARATION on Sat Dec 09, 2017 9:47 pm

Arresto Menor
Can I still file a legal separation? My Ex-wife committed infidelity 8 years ago and she now have 3 children with the guy that he cheated me on. My ex-wife and I have 1 child, the child is with her because her parents requested me not to have a case filed against her when she committed the cheating. Our child is now 11 years old. I dont want my properties or any income from those properties be apportioned to her, that is why I am thinking if I can still file legal separation since annulment in the Philippines is really damn expensive. Thank you

Yes you can if you have valid grounds like abandonment. The more valid grounds applicable for your case, the higher your chances.
