I just want to know the process and amount(approx.) how much would cost us for applying for land title of our property. Currently what we have is just the tax declaration. we have been paying the tax dex since 2009 upto present. now, we wish to have a land title. please advice. thanks alot.

Good morning po!may area po ang lolo ko somewhere in pantukan comval.tapos yung area na yun is bigay ng bfar..may tax declaration na po sya..deceased napo both granny's namin..then yung pinsan ko nagpa pirma sya ng waiver sa lahat ng magkakapatid para ma transfer sa kanya ang name kasi daw po sya ang mag process at may buyer na.bayad nalang aantayin namin.nagsimula sya mag process 2014 ,2015 sya gumawa ng waiver para mapirmahan ng magkakapatid.then 'til now wala pa din resulta..marami na sya dahilan..so ang tanong ko po is pwede ba nya mabenta ang area ng lolo ko w/out permission na ng magkakapatid na anak ng lolo&lola namin?tapos mga ilan taon po bago ma transfer sa name nya ang property?kasi sa tingin namin pwede mangyari yun dahil may pinirmahang waiver para matransfer sa name nya.tapos una sinabi lang nya sa mga uncle and aunties namin na authorauthori lang ang pinapirmahan.late na nalaman na waiver pala yun.salamat po..hope mabigyan nyo ng linaw itong isyu namin..more power God bless po.

for untitled land, your first step should be to visit the nearest Land Management Buruea office and check the status of the property whether it is considered registered and alienable and disposable
