Arresto Menor
Hi po,

Seeking advice po sana,

Heres the story. I am currently with a woman who is married from her ex husband. They have 2 childrens. Their relationship Didnt last since both of them were too young and doesnt understand the sanctity of marriage that time. And they are aready separated when i met her (separated but not legally) And now weve been together for about 10 years and we have one daughter. Now, my question is can their marriage be void? Because when the time they got married she was under 21 and she needs parents consent. Now her mother did not showed up at the church to sign the consent so she just pulls up someone to sign and pretend to be her mother just to finish the ceremony (mass weddIng at catholic church). And now her mother passed away but the person who signed the parents consent is still alive. Can that marriage be void? Or if its not voidable, will it be anullment that she need to seek? Cause i want to marry her. Thanks so much and more power.

Reclusion Perpetua
If she will be using this reason, it is the same as her admitting that she committed a crime.
