Arresto Menor
i just want to ask if what am i going to do about my case now is an inactive one but the case was almost two years ago.maybe that's why its inactive..what does it mean because when i called about my case a while ago the receiver of my call said that my case is inactive..last two years ago i stole a small piggy bank,in it was not more than 190php..i was caught by our manager through the cams around.and i admit that i stole it.then the case already begun, but i didn't attend any of the hearings because i was afraid to attend because that was the first time i'm going to attend one.could you help me please because i don't know about the penalties of my case.and also they told me that i go in the company that i worked for my the clearance involved in the case also or just my field of work(callcenter). could i get an nbi clearance with an inactive case of theft?thank you!

the only way to find out is to get an nbi clearance, but there is a good chance that the case is recorded.

inactive means it is archived. there may be a warrant of arrest issued for you.
