hi good day sir ! i just wanna ask kung legal po ba ung pagkaka terminate samin kasi during hearing walang prinesent na proof or evidence ung HR and ADMINS, sabi nila na kay "boss" daw ung evidences pero tinerminate pdn nila kmi. tama po ba ung naging process ? thank you ndi po ba pag nagttrial sa court prinepresent muna ung ebidensya tpos pag aaralan then tska ung hahatulan ? waiting for response po much appreciated thank you

hindi nila kelangan ipakita sainyo yung proof, although kelangan nilang sabihin sainyo kung ano yung paratang or charges against you. Hindi kasi court yan eh. Kelangan ka lang nilang bigyan pagkakataon na dipensahan ang inyong sarili.

For example, sabi ni HR or admin na merong cctv footage na nakitang meron kayong ninakaw na gamit. Dapat sabihin nila kung kelan at ano itong gamit na ito. Pero hindi nila kelangan pakita sayo yung footage. Kelangan lang nilang ipresent yung footage kung kakasuhan ka nila sa pulis or sa barangay.

Ano ba yung inaaccuse sainyo?

ah okay po , yes po binigyan nmn po kmi ng chance ng mag defend, nag bigay naman po kmi ng notice to explain, ang akin lang po anu un pag ayaw nila sayo gagawa na lang sila ng issues pra matanggal ? nakalagay po kasi sa NTE namin is "detailed documented reports" about dun sa kaso namin , ang akin lng naman po is nasan ung reports ? and proofs na ginawa talaga namin un, and kung bakit kami lang ang merong NTE ung ibang admins wala , ung unfairness lang po kasi ,
-may record po ako nung hearing namin pwede po ba un ? salamat po sa pag sagot Smile

2 watching movies while on duty- not guilty
3 playing mobile games while on duty- not guilty
4 negligence- not guilty
5 accessing other social sites - not guilty
6 not following official call time - guilty
7 conducting party without upper management consent - not guilty

minor lang nmn po ung mga guilty kong offenses , and na depensahan ko naman po yan ng maayos , and ang sbi ko sa knla bat kami lang meron neto asan ung sa ibang co admins , wla naman silang masabe , sobrang pinagtulungan po kasi kami , napaka unfair lng sa side namin , kaya gsto ko lng po sana makita kng my detailed reports tlga , eh nakalagay po yan sa NTE namin ung accusations pero wlang exact date and time , kaya gsto ko po makita ung proof and evidences na sinasbe nla , sabi pa ni HR kung magsstay daw po kami dun gagawa at gagawa padin daw ung co admins namin ng issues para matanggal kmi aun po
