if you have a dismissed or ongoing civil case, is this a ground for termination of employment? how about BP22 cases, grounds po ba sya for termination or force resignation if like you are working for a financial institution? thanks po.

on its face, i would say no, but there may be circumstances that make it ok, such as the employee is holding a supervisory or managerial position and his personal life is affecting his professional life.

please help.. na-evaluate po ako and mga 2-3 items lang po dun ang hindi maganda ang remarks. Pero may nakasaad doon na irere-evaluate ako after 2 months, at pag hindi maging okay ang performance ko, tatanggalin po ako. Nagkaroon na ho ako ng memo sa tardiness pero nag-improved naman ako, na nakasaad sa unang evaluation ko. Tapos nagkaroon ako ng hindi magandang insidente sa isang ka-opisina na nag-resulta ng pagbibigay sa akin ng isang report. Pero hindi naman nakasulat doon sa report na isang itong warning or memo. Ngayun po ay ilang araw na lang at i-evaluate na ako. Baka po gamiting ground sa akin itong mga nabanggit ko at i-terminate ako. Ano po ang kailangan kong gawin? Pipirmahan ko ba ung termination letter kung sakali?

This is help.oishi again.. I was advised by my friend to go to NLRC and file an illegal dismissal case. However, there are reports that the management has a strong "kapit" inside DOLE. Please advise me. Baka mapunta rin sa wala ang reklamo ko.

Pointless to do it now when you're not yet even terminated.

As long as management has discussed with you the requirements for passing probationary period, you may be removed for failure to meet such requirements.
