Good Day Atty.

Have some questions lang po if may nag file na case for me, kailangan ko pa bang pumunta sa nearest court sa area nmin o sa NBI pra malaman ko if mag nag file po bah?

Kasi last June 2009 mag nag reklamo sa akin na sasampahan daw niya ako ng swindling na case kasi po hindi ko raw binigay yung pera na dapat sa company. Pero have an affidavit here na nagsasabing binigay ko na yung pera sa incharge.

Concern lang ako kasi baka isang araw pagkuha ko ng NBI may case pala ako, wala nga akong na received na any letter from the court.

The company is already closed right now daw..

the only way to make sure is just to get an nbi clearance.
