Hi po,

Una sa lahat thanks po sa boards na to at mga active advisers.

May acquired property po kasi na binebenta sa amin. Bali napasukat na po para daw maisyuhan na kami ng deed of assignment. Ang question ko po, parehas lang ba eto sa absolute deed of sale? Kung hindi, ano po kailangan ko pa malaman para masiguradong tamang documents po ang matatanggap namin para sa katibayan ng pag-aari?

yes, it can have the same effect as a deed of absolute sale if it is worded properly. if this is a partition from a larger lot, you will also need a deed of partition with a survey approved by the local Land Management Bureau
