Hello po..

Tanong ko lang po kung makukuha ko pa sahod ko this coming january 31st kung hindi na po ako pumapasok sa trabaho?

- Our payroll cutoff date for january 31st payout is january 5 to 20
- nagabsent ako january 19 friday, [20&21 dayoff], 21 monday up until today
- active employee pa po ako

Makukuha ko pa po kaya ang sahod na pinasok ko ng january 5-18?

kung active ka pa mabibigay yang sahod mu pero kung inactive ka na sa employer mo dahil sa malamang na nag AWOL ka, kakailanganin mo makipagusap sa HR nyo ng personal para makuha mo ang sahod mo.

Take note of this. There shouldn't be any reason for your employer to hold your salary otherwise they will face charges if they will do this and you will win the case if you'll file charges.

The company can hold your salary until you physically show up to either file a resignation or accept the reprimand that you are deemed terminated with cause for AWOL of at least 3 days which is interpreted as Abandonment of Position...you need to talk to the HR do all necessary paperworks and clearance.

You can't just disappear and claim payment as you wish.. there are process to be done, then they will release your salary.
