Help po please. I was drastically removed from my job in Saudi Arabia and was immediately sent home. Dahil dun, may (1) credit card outstanding balance of around SAR 5,000 ako na hindi settled and also a (2) personal loan na around SAR 65,000. Yung number 1 po, sinisingil ako ng EnziCorp n bayaran agad agad kc mg file daw sila ng case for me at i-seized yung mga property ko. I told them that I really cannot pay right now. Yung 2 item, tumawag sa akin and naniningil n din. My full end of service benefits in Saudi was not given to me and ang alam ko (I am not sure), base sa personal loan contract na signed ko before, collateral sa contract yung end of service benefits ko na na nag agree din yung company ko. What should I do? Pede po b nila ako ipakulong dahil sa mga utang na yun? Anu po pede nila gawin laban sa akin? Please help po.

Kung nagsampa yung bank ng criminal case against you, makukulong ka lang pag tumungtong ka sa any GCC countries. habang nasa pinas ka, walang magagawa ang collection agency kundi kulitin ka sa pagbabayad.
