9 hours po ang trabaho namin noon kasi daw wala kaming sabado kaya 9hrs kami mag trabaho. 7am-to-5pm my 1hr lunch break po kami.

bawal po ho ba yon? nabasa ko kasi sa labor code na 8hrs lng dapat magtrabaho. salamat po.

Yes it is valid if dati ang work schedule ng company is mon-sat, at nag karoon sila ng programa na Compress Work Week, meaning papasok lang ang mga emplyeado ng mon-fri, yung 8 hours ng saturday ay i distribute lang yan sa mon - fri.

ART. 83. Normal Hours of Work. - The normal hours of work of any employee
shall not exceed eight (Cool hours a day.
Health personnel in cities and municipalities with a population of at least one
million (1,000,000) or in hospitals and clinics with a bed capacity of at least one
hundred (100) shall hold regular office hours for eight (Cool hours a day, for five (5) days
a week, exclusive of time for meals, except where the exigencies of the service
require that such personnel work for six (6) days or forty-eight (48) hours, in which
case, they shall be entitled to an additional compensation of at least thirty percent
(30%) of their regular wage for work on the sixth day. For purposes of this Article,
"health personnel" shall include resident physicians, nurses, nutritionists, dieticians,
pharmacists, social workers, laboratory technicians, paramedical technicians,
psychologists, midwives, attendants and all other hospital or clinic personnel.”

Compress work week nga po.. Eto sabi po..The Labor Code provide thats normal work hours per day shall be eight hours. work maybe performed beyond eight hours a day provided tha the employee is paid for the overtime work. On the other hand the number of workday per week shall be six days, or total of forty-eight (48) hours base on the normal work says of eight hours. This is without prejudice to firms whose normal workweek is five days, or a total of 40 hours based on the normal work day of eight hours.

salamat po sa reply.
wala pong consent sa workers po. pag pasok ko ho ddto noong 2011 ay ito na po ang systema. 9hrs na po.

hindi ko po alam kong na approve ba nang DOLE kasi baka noon pa nila ito na apply. pero ngayon ho ay binago na nila. 8hrs na po. baka mayroon ding nag reklamo. hindi kasi pina alam sa amin.

kung hindi po approved nang DOLE, ano po ho bang pwedeng gawing reklamo ho? baka kasi ginamit lang nila kasi mayroong naka saad sa "Department Advisory no 02-s2004", liable ho ba ang companya kung hindi nila pina approve sa DOLE?

meron kasi nakasaad doon nah dapat mayroong memo ang companya regarding po sa CWW nah makikita nang mga empleyado. wala kasi akong nakita kahit man lang sa contrata ko.

naghihinala kasi ako ngayon kasi binalik nila sa 8hrs per day ngayon. pero wla din ang "Department Advisory no 02-s2004" na naka attach po.
