we have a residential lot with 736sq/m ,but when we called a surveyor to relocate our lot ,there is a old house on our lot and they are claiming that there lot is a 1000sq/m lot. when the surveyor relocate their lot it is supposed to be beside our lot.but their lot is occupied by another house .this has a chain reaction for 6 houses . they told us that they will move out only if the others will move
,thanks and more power

then your action is against these occupiers of your lot. if your title refers to that property then it is yours. if they have their own title, then they may have made a mistake.
