Arresto Menor
Im planning to buy a house and lot with the "rights only" documentation. Seller and me will only have a deed of absolute sale. He is the second owner of the property. And he bought that property the same way im buying it now.

My question is, that do i need to do to have it awarded to me by NHA? Is it safe to buy?
