Pinatawag po ako s HR last week.. Nais po nila na i receive ko agad ung NTE ko ng time n un... At pag hindi ko dw po nireceive ay papadala nila s bahay nmen at kakasuhan dw po ako ng refuse to sign... Totoo po b ganon ang processo non? Wala po b kong sapat n oras para humanap ng legal adviser ko??if meron man po eh ilang oras o araw po meron ako..salamat po

wala, you need to receive it. pero you are given usually 3-5 days to answer the nte naman. if you refuse to receive it, they can either get a witness that you refuse to sign or send it to your house

NTE is Notice to Explain. nakalagay lang diyan ay:
1. ito ang nangyari
2. ito ang maari mong na violate sa policy ng company
3. mag submit ka within 5 days ng written explaination mo regarding sa anong nangyari at bakit di ka patawan ng disciplinary action.

sa step 3 ka mag hahanap ng legal adviser mo.

wag matakot sa NTE, unless talagang may kasalanan kayo.

Calendar days yan.

Basahin mo kasi yung NTE mo. Baka nakalagay pa jan e 2 or 3 days.

Yung ibang mga NTE pwedeng mas maikli pa sa 5 days ang ibigay sayong time para sumagot, kaya pag-ingatan mo yun. Pero kung for dismissal ang penalty, mandatory ang 5 days para makasagot ang employee.
