Hi Sir/Madam,

Assuming I filed a false testimony case to the person before that testified against me on criminal case, And then I lost the false testimony case. Assuming that during the proceedings I did not give any false testimony, Is the defendant on the said false testimony case can file any criminal or civil case against me? If yes, what case can be file?

Thanks in Advance,
Jin
