Nilipat ang empleyado sa aming section na may sakit sa likod galing po sya sa magaan na trabaho at nailipat sa mabigat na nagdulot ng pag aabsent dahil di nya kaya ang trabaho sa section namin.. ano po ba nag legal na hakbang para maibalik sya sa dati nyang pwesto na magaan.. meron pong lateral transfer ang paglipat nya sa amin at di po sya nag reklamo sa lipatang nangyari saka lang po sya nag reklamo nung nalaman nya na mabigat ang trabaho.

may tendency kasi na di pumayag ang plant manager sa lipatan anong anong labor law ang maaaplay sa kanya pag ayaw nya pumayag na ilipat ang empleyado.. ang totoo kasi nyan ayaw pa umalis ng empleyado at tanggapin ang severance..

Sino ba gusto mabalik yung empleyado? management o kayo?

Kung kayo (mga tao) sumulat kayo sa management to be transferred to previous department or other department with lighter load. This is subjected to management approval.

Kung management, lateral transfer lang ulit.

You cannot force the plant manager to accept the transfer of the employee. it is his prerogative as part of management. Bakit ninyo gusto siya pwersahin?

masyado kasi maliit ang severance pay 17.5 day.. actually galing sya sa lighter work kaso na transfer sya di sya nag nagreklamo kasi di pa daw nya nai try nagrereklamo na kaagad sya so ayun walang magaan dun sa nalipatan sa kanya unlike dun sa dati nya na magaan.. ayaw ni empleyado mawalan ng job.. 9 years n po sya sa company
