Reclusion Perpetua
Ideally, dapat andun ka sa proceedings para malaman mo kung ano yung assertions ng asawa mo and kung paano yung hatian ng properties nyo. Baka may assertion din sya regarding custody ng anak nyo, kaya mabuting kausapin mo muna sya before answering the summons. We need to know kung ano ang basis nya for annulling the marriage nyo, baka naman bigla na lang pinapadeclare kang psychologically incapacitated (usual basis for ending a marriage through annulment) or some other ground.

Kapag di ka pupunta sa court, di pa naman automatic na panalo yung asawa mo kasi the court needs to review his assertions and kung may legal basis ba yun. Pero dapat andun ka, ideally, to know what are his grounds and what are his demands.
