Good Day!
My grandmother bought a house and lot probably almost 30 years ago..wat we have now is only the deed of wasn't even transferred to my grandmother's name..including the water and electric bill..wat wud be our action to have it transferred to my grandmom's name?

where is the title to the property?

you can file an action for quieting of title. I can just imagine the penalties for nonpayment of taxes though.
