Good day po. pahelp po sana ako.
I am working for a BPO company for more than 2 years.
Nung March 31, 2018 nagfile po ako ng resignation. Sabi sakin ng OM, hindi daw pwede. Siguraduhin daw muna na stable yung team bago umalis. Sabi ko po na I need to apply to other companies dahil narin mababa sahod namin. So pinagleave nalang po ako instead of resigning. Pumayag ako dahil na rin gusto kong makakuha ng COE nang maayos. Nagfile po ako ng leave for 1 week (March 19 - 23) and naextend po yun for another week (March 26-30) Nagchat po ako nung March 24 na kung pwede gawin ko yung work ko offsite. Nareplyan po ako by March 30. They expected na makakabalik na po ako by April 2. Pero hindi na po ako bumalik. Baguio po ako nagwowork at nandito po ako sa Pampanga ngayon. Pwede pa po ba ako makakuha ng COE and is it okay to send a resignation letter through mail? Thanks po.

If you have a good working relationship, and matino ang mga kausap mo, they would accept your resignation thru mail. buy, how would you render your clearance?

Everyone is entitled to a COE however, some companies either would give it to you after your clearance or would put some details in the COE that you would not like.
