My batas po bah pomoprotekta sa tulad ko pong agent na pinapahiya ng isang leader sa bpo company yung below the belt na po kasi yung pag papahiya na sa amin at at tsaka nag rerequired po ng overtime yung manager kapag my low score po sa team kaso unpaid po yun pina OT po nila kmi 9-1 nang madaling araw taz my pasok ng 5:30 kinaumagahan at sa tulad po namin nah hnd pa regular kung terminate po yung mga kasama ko parang wla silang puso wla prior notice po pag pasok n agent sabihan ka lng nah hnd ka nka pasa sa metrics tanggal kna
Wla po ako galit sa company kaso parang hnd tama ang nangyayari salamat po

Kung ite-terminate ang employment ninyo, dapat may just cause and observance of due process. So yung mga kasamahan mong nabiktima, pwedeng magfile ng illegal dismissal sa NLRC. Dun nyo na rin sa case na yun ikarga yung mga labor standards violations na sa tingin nyo ginagawa sa inyo ng kompanya.

Ano to be any delay gain as fainting steadying post? Araw Araw napo kasi na ganito yung ginagawa samin na pinapahiya at below the belt napo minsan yung pinagsasasabi. Hindi po kasi namin alam kung hanggang kailan kmi kasi namimigla lang po sla na materminate withoit any notice and warning.

By yourself, or with other like minded agents, you can raise the issues of the overtime and the TL behavior with the OM or with HR so this can be addressed internally. Send a courteous email about it pointing out the specific instances
