1 Salary on Wed Mar 09, 2011 6:30 pm

We found out that there was 3thousand increase on the basic pay for new employees Up until this moment we are hoping that it will be adjusted. The company should realign it right?

what do you mean by being stepped out?

non-payment of OT is serious, especially if it regular and mandatory. hopefully the dole will visit your employer to verify your claims.

thanks attorney, sorry what I mean by being stepped out is that they are being terminated because they have not asked for the email address(for the third offense) at the end of the call.

with regards to the salary do they have to realign it? and with restroom breaks I think they are violating the human right.

i'm not aware of regulation about bathroom breaks, but i would think an opportunity should be available to go at least 2-3 times a day

thanks atty. How about the salary do they have to realign it? I think they should increase the tenured employees as well right?

as for the salary, it is not clear cut. salary differential is allowed in cases where the minimum wage was increased, but if the basis is new hires, there is no clear rule.
