Arresto Menor
Yung dad ko po is an OFW pero wala na siyang work due to termination recently lang. My mom and dad are legally married pero hiwalay na sila for almost 10 years and may partner na yung mom ko and yung dad ko din and may mga anak na din. Nagfile po dati ng annullment pero denied by the court. Yung mom ko wala ng work dahil sa edad na rin. My dad naman yung nagsusustento sa aming magkakapatid. So recently, naghiwalay na yung dad ko tsaka yung step mom ko due to infidelity ng dad ko sa ibang bansa. Since wala siyang work, sinabi niya sa amin na hindi na niya kami mapapaaral and right now, hindi siya nagpapakita sa amin. Hinto ako ngayong college. Nabasa ko po sa family code na dapat mapagaral kami kahit lagpas na ng age of majority unless we can stand na on our own. May kaso po ba kami na pwede isampa magkakapatid since nakabuntis yung dad ko po. Sa guardian po kami lumaki. Nagpakasal po sila nung babae niya sa muslim and there are photos po.Tapos sinasabi po ng dad ko na paguwi niya mag wowork na siya dito sa PH. Tapos po, may time po na hindi po siya nagpadala. Muntik na po kami di makaenroll. Kada uuwi po siya, hindi po niya agad inaasikaso yung needs ng mga anak niya. Ano po pwede niyo maitulong sa amin. Maraming Salamat po!

Well you could also ask your mother. Or get a job.

If you are of the age of majority, the amount of support also depends of the capacity of the person obligated, to give.
