Good day po Atty.,

Anne

if he's abroad, then you can begin by going to OWWA and filing a complaint. based on the experience of other persons here, the OWWA may contact him.

Unfortunately, you cannot file any case to bring him back home. If you file a case against him here for economic violence, then the case may be suspended until he comes home.

are you separated? does he stay at your home when he is here? is there another party?

in that case, begin with the POEA. if he is a documented OFW, then he will have a record there. or perhaps the owwa may also have a record of where he is.

bring your marriage license and children's birth certificates. go to owwa. they might be able to help.

if that fails, send him an email that you will file a case of economic abuse, and when he comes home, have the warrant served on him.
