Hello po Atty. My boyfriend and his workmates were caught thru a screenshot and sent to their bosses, the said items ung mga dummy phones ng isang complany, pero ung boyfriend ko po kase ung naka toka sa dummy phones nabuyo sya ng mga kawork nya na ibenta nalang ung mga piyesa... ngayon po tinggal sila effective immediately from work tapos "ang usapan" babayaran nila ung worth na nakuha last week. Tapos bigla po nag pm sa knila ung isang boss na they will take legal action na daw po. Ano po bang maisasuggest niyong unang step na need nila gawin?

kausapin nila yung HR at tanong nyo kung kakasuhan ba talaga sila or what. if makikipag settle sila, advise them to have everything in writing.

Hi sir! Kakasuhan na daw po talaga. Ang sabi ko nga baka tinatakot na lang sila na kakasuhan para makapag bayad na agad, pero nagtext na po ung pinaka boss yata nila na tuloy na ung kaso. Saan po ba or ano po ba dapat nila gawin kapag tinuloy na ang kaso?

they should offer to pay for the phones, else they just have to wait for the subpoenas to be issued
