hello po

nagresign po ako sa trabaho ko pero hindi pumapayag ang boss ko hangat hindi daw tapos yung ginagawa ko. sinabi nya ipapasuspend nya po prc license ko. wala po akong pinirmahan na contract regarding my employment, personal data sheet lang po ang meron. hiningi rin po nila yung mga number nang sss, philhealth, saka pag ibig pero hindi po nila ako kinakaltasan para sa contribution ko. meron pong payroll pero walang pay slip. hindi rin po double pay yung holiday kasi fix daw po ang sahod namin. gusto ko na po talagang umalis sa kanila ano po magandang gawin?

just submit your resignation, make sure they received it.. they can not hold you for more than 30 days..

Make sure you have proof that you are done with the 30 day notice period. after that you are no longer required to report. it is up to you if you agree to go beyond the period

Good evening po! i’ve worked sa employer ko for a month without employment contract then nagfile po ako ng immediate resignation due to health conditions ngaun nagsabi po ang employer ko na magfile siya ng damages against me. Is this legal knowing na nagsabi naman po ako na indi na makakapasok due to my health conditions? Thanks

moderator
you can't prevent them from filing a case, but rarely do employers do so. If they do, they have to prove their entitlement to damages and you can raise your defense of health. It will depend on the evidence which one will prosper

Atty wala po akong contract tapos bigla lang po akong umalis sa company tapos nag file sila awol ano po ba pwedeng gawin ko ? Tapos ung mga pending projects nila naka file din sakin wala man kaming contract? Tapos ung unpaid acct ko bayaran ko ayaw naman nila.panu po atty?
