Hello po..

I'm a working student.. before. It's my first job and it last for 1 year and 2 months. It ended up because of what I think is a force resignation.

Yes, biglaan po because of sunod-sunod na announcement ng no classes. Since it's an exam, kailangan ko pong magreview para makapasa. So I've decided na mag-absent sa work. I've texted the managers on those days that I was absent na hindi ako makakapasok. But after those days, as soon as nakapasok na ako ulit sa work, napag-alaman ko na tinawagan ng area manager namin yung employer ko to inform them na i-pull out na po ako. Because of that, kinausap ko po yung employer ko, nagreport po ako sa kanila together with my other colleague na same din ng case ko (abscences) pero iba kami ng reason. Nakapag-explain po ako, nakapag-usap po kami ng maayos and binigyan nila ako ng first and last written warning. We follow the right procedure for punishments with regards sa case ko. WARNING. And sa akin, TERMINATION/FORCE RESIGNATION?? Tama po ba yung binigay nilang punishment sakin?

Sana po masagot niyo ang aking katanungan. Because of what I've experienced, ayoko na pong magtrabaho especially kapag related sa food industry.

Magandang araw po..

I'm a working student. I've been working on my very first job for 1 year and two months. This is because of my case --- 3 consecutive days of abscences because of midterm exam. Kinausap ko yung employer ko about dito, binigyan nila ako ng warning which is the right thing to do at nakalagay sa 'Code of Discipline' nila. But because nag-insist si area manager na ipull-out na ako, pinagpasa nila ako ng resignation letter for formality daw, which is hindi ko naman gusto.

Nakapagrender naman ako ng 30 days. Nagpunta po akong store para magbayad ng breakages which is needed for clearance. But then I found out na yung DTR ko, which is needed para makasahod ako, ay iniwan sa store.

so you did pass a resignation letter? your recourse is to file a complaint at the NLRC for constructive dismissal
