Good day.im one of the people who was awarded a house from a relocation program.its not for free...of course, but theyre giving it to us in a good price and installment,so its a very good deal.since we havent started paying and we dont have the title yet i think technically its not mine yet.but homeowners here had sold their houses or i think they call it "rights"i was just wondering how could someone sell thier pabahay without the deed of sale?what is being sold? and what is that agreement called?can the NHA awardee take his pabahay back since there was no deed of sale?NHA said its illegal to sell their pabahay until its fully paid and officially yours.then im curious, how does it work?
I would truly appreciate someone with legal knowledge to explaining about this matter.thanks in advance

normally, it isn't fully legal because the contract with the NHA prohibits it. People still do it because the NHA is not very strict
