Arresto Menor
Dec 2017 nung madianose na may PTB ako, pero since cleared nako ng Apr 25, 2018. Pinagreport na ako sa office ng Apr 27,2018. Ending pinauwe ako kasi kaylangan ko daw ulit umattend ng Orientation, so I was scheduled May 7,2018. That time, na move nanaman kasi daw need ko mag sign up ng mga online documents that needs to be cleared, so I successfully made it. Next schedule was May 14, 2018, pero since election at hindi nako nakaboto dahil nga ang pasok ko ay 9am, wala man lang nag update sakin na namove pla ng May 15,2018 ang orientation. Nung May 15, 2018, nakausap ko na ang coordinator at sinigurado ko na nasa list nako for May 21, 2018 orientation. At yun yung first day ko ulit, now my question is, dapat bang bayaran ni company yung mga days na dapat ay pumapasok nako since fit to work nako or yung mga araw lang na nagpunta ako at naresched ako due to their reasons. Kasi ang decision was the only days they are going to pay are the dates Apr 27, 2018, May 7, 14, and 15 2018. Pa advise naman po kung pano ko sila sisingilin sa mga days na dapat nagtatrabaho nako or sapat na yung mga days na babayaran nila. Any article or labor code for this?

your case, it seems that you are put on "floating" status until na assign ka na ng work tsaka ka lang babayaran. it is standard for companies to pay their employees for the work performed so swerte ka na kahit di ka nag work ng mga araw na sinabi mo binayaran ka pa din nila. kaya nga tawag dito ay no work no pay. so di mor rin sila masisingil sa mga araw na "dapat" working ka na.
