nag-in po ako ng 5:47 am sa trabaho ko.Makalipas po ang mahigit kalahating oras,lumabas po ako ng trabaho sa oras na 6:30 am para makapagactivate ng atm nakabalik po ako ng 7:30 am ngunit ang simula po ng trabaho ko ng 7:15 am hanggang 4pm ng hapon. ngayon po may nakakita sakin na lumabas at ipinaalam po sa mga nakatatataas.Binigyan po nila ako ng kaso na abandonment of work (cutting payroll) kahit nakabalik po ako ng 7:30 am ng umaga.tanong ko lang po sana kung tama bang ikaso sakin ang abandoment of work (cutting payroll)?.

kung na kapag in ka na dapat di ka na lumabas or kung lalabas ka nag file ka ng ALWA na approve ng Supervisor mo (authorization to leave work assignment) hindi po yan abandonment of work. maari ka nilang kasuhan sa ginawa mo. pero hindi po abandonment.

it's not abandonment in the legal sense, but this is undertime and possibly can be considered as fraud. But considering it was only for 15 mins, this shouldn't be cause for termination

Abandonment of work is a matter of intention. Hindi sapat na may unjustifiable absence, dapat din ma-establish na meron intention NOT to return to work. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/dismissal-gross-habitual-neglect-duty Kung 15 minutes lang naman nawala, definitely walang abandonment of work na nangyari.
