Good day po, I would like to ask if may magagawa pa po ba ako regarding my case and sa case ng dati kong supervisor.

Situation 1: Pinag-force resignation po ako sa work ko last year dahil sa isang receipt incident na wala naman po akong kasalanan, bale, nawala po kasi yung resibo nung binili namin for an event tapos yung umaasikaso po nun nag-AWOL so sinalo ko po yung situation. Nung binalikan ko po 'yung supplier, binigyan naman po ako ng resibo, so kampante naman po ako na okay na 'yung lahat. Then the next day, pinatawag po ako sa HR kasi peke daw po yung resibo na binigay ko which is syempre nagulat ako kasi sa same store lang naman po kinuha ganyan. So pinag-reresign na po nila ako. And I did. Kasi I was not the first person na ginawan nila ng ganung issue, marami na pong dumaan sa "discipline committee" pero ang ending is always the same, nasira yung pangalan nung employee tapos nagresign din sila. Sobrang stressful po lalo na dahil may psychosocial disorders po ako then yung family ko very prominent at kilala sa pinapasukan ko (di naman po kami involve dun sa company pero high valued client)

Plus, may ongoing issue rin po ako nun sa HR dahil sa nanakaw na camera ko sa office na binaliktad yung story, pinalalabas po nila na di naman talaga nanakaw yung camera ko at gumagawa lang ako ng istorya and dapat ipa-discipline committee ako. Pakiramdam ko nga po is nasabi po ni HR sa Security Agency yung psychosocial disorders kaya dun sa incident report nila talagang sure na sure sila na nagsisinungaling ako. There were times rin po na maraming nakakarinig sa HR Manager namin na tinawag akong "may saltik" or "may sayad".

So ayun, nagresign po ako and was depressed for six months, di na po ako nakapag-apply ulit kasi sa trauma.

Situation 2: Recently naman po, yung supervisor ko naman yung naka-experience ng power tripping, bale kase nagkaroon po sila ng outing at advance party po sila kasama nung manager namin, then galit na galit yung manager namin dahil ginawa pong plus one (which is they are allowed to have one) yung dati namin ka-office na nag-awol and pinagsama po ni supervisor si manager at CEO sa iisang room (kasi nga yun lang kaya nung budget).

So after po nun, naghysterical na si Manager, nagkaroon po ng confrontation and then natapos sa pagpaparesign niya kay supervisor for insubordination. And again, with the situation and pattern ng culture sa company, nagresign po si supervisor now rendering her 30 day turnover.

Pero ngayon po parang gusto bawiin ni supervisor yung resignation, kasi po sinisiraan na siya sa ibang supervisor as in sira po talaga tapos thrineaten pa ng CEO na idedemanda siya kung di siya pumasok pa (na-depress na po si supervisor kasi grabe yung mga words na ginamit sa kanya)

Kapag po ba nagpunta kami sa NLRC may papatunguhan po ba? Yun lang thank you!

not if you resigned.. dapat hindi ka nag resign.. then you can go to NLRC.. pag nag resign ka na.. mahirap na yan..

Gud pm.po 4 years n po aqng massage therapist s 1 spa sa Q.C.NG bigla aqng tinawagan ng my ari nung July 3 ng araw n ndi AQ nkapasok dhil my trangkaso po AQ.wag n DW po aqng dumuty at magpahinga n DW po AQ.tpos SBI q po sa knya..cge po sir..kung yan yung gusto nyo.pero pwede po ba aqng mag request ng COE q?PRA mgamit q nman po sa pag a apply q sa iba ang SBI nya oo DW po iporward q LNG sa knya ung info n ilalagay sa COE.SINEND Q PO KGAD SA KNYA.MA.LUISA F.PERALTA MAY 24 2014 UP TO June 30 2018.

Tpos po ilang araw q n syang tinatawagan at tinetxt ndi po nya AQ cnsagot.after 4 days sumagot po sya na ire release LNG DW po nya yung COE kung ppirmahan q yung papipirmahan na sakin.Sa to too LNG po wla nman po aqng balak sanang mag complain...1st.Wla po kming daily salary o allowance.50 pesos komsyon LNG po kmi per massage.wala din po kming SS.o Philheath..Any akin LNG po sa loob ng 4 n taong massage therapist AQ s spa nya.Hinihingi q LNG po yung COE.bkit po kailangang my ppirmahan pa sya kpalit ng pagrerelease nya ng COE q?
