Hi atty good evening my problem is yung husband ko is na aresto nong june 12 sa kasong qualified theft and cybercrime yung warrant niya ay dalawa year 2015 and 2016 ..eto po ang sabi no bail daw kasi umabot ng 10,000 dollars yung vouchers na kinuha nya sa call center po kasi sya nag wowork at sa accounts sya nka assign bali sya yung nag eentertain sa mga customers na may issue sa mga products na bibenta online ngayon yung ginawa nya pinasok nya yung vouchers sa account nya yun umabot daw 10,000 dollars ..ngayon di po namin alam kong ano po ang gagawin marami po kaming anak kaya hindi ko po talaga kayang kumuha ng abogado nagtanong kami tungkol sa pag process sabi ng arresting officer pwede daw kami mag file ng motion to bail kaso kailangan daw abogado yung mag process tapos inalok nya din kami if magbabail kami kaso wala kami pera kaya wala..ngayon po di po namin alam kong ano mangyayari ano po ba ang penalty nito atty..? nong nagtanong din ako sa hepe po ng arresting officer .sabi nya hindi naman daw sla nag issue na pwede kami kumuha ng abogado daw po . .ano po ba mangyayari po dito sa kaso pls po atty .. paano po ba gagawin namin ? pag mag plead guilty yong husband ko ma lelessen po ba yung penalty o ganon pa rin ? ano po penalty ng husband ko?? huhuhjhu
