Hello po. I would like to know if my company could force me to complete a task or job even though nagresign na ako? I gave all my files and lahat ng company property naturnover na. However, some of my duties were unfinished when I tendered my resignation. Hindi ba dapat passed down na siya to my replacement? Thank you

yes you are correct. as long as nag turn over ka and may clearance ka na. dapat that should end your responsibility

if meron ka pang money na hindi nakukuha you can file money claims sa nlrc. if wala na dont bother with the clearance

Yup nagrender naman ako ng 30 days. Yung manager ko lang may history na ganon iniipit yung nagreresign.

Yung current scenario ko po is that patapos na 30 days notice ko and wala pang binibigay na clearance form sa akin. Ang worry ko lang is kapag may new work na ako and bigla nila ako papabalikin for clearance and since may new work na ako, baka may legal implications sa akin kapaag di ako nakapunta due to my work schedule.

Bkit ka bibigyan ng clearance form e active ka pa na empleyado. Binibigay lang yun kapag separated na ang empleyado.

Good evening Sir/Ma'am,

I am working as Chief Engineer in a Hotel Resort in Bohol. I already filed for resignation last June 14, 2018 & am now completing the Labor law required 30 days rendering. but unfortunately my employer is trying to threaten me that if I do not render another 30 days & conduct turn over to my replacement, they will file a case against me even if I have no clear liabilities that may bind me. Can they actually force me to stay even if i already completed the prescribed 30 days?

Moreover, I have the following concerns,
1. The company included in the job offer that I will have Service charge but they failed to give me the said benefit.

2. After almost three (3) months being employed with the hotel, I weren't provided a notarized copy of the contract that i signed

3. One of the owners will suddenly transfer or even remove my staff without giving me, the engineering department head proper notice.

I hope you can really give me the right advise because besides what I have told here, I pity the other rank & file employees due to the fact that most of them have been verbally abused, maltreated 7 there were reports of some of them being harmed physically.

Nagresign po ako sa kumpanya ko sa fastel ksi lilipat ako sa isang kumpanya na mas malaki ang sahod na makukuha ko inaprubahan un ng manager ko tru e-mail na pinadala ko bukod dun sa hard copy na pinadala ko bali isang buwan ang effectivity nya tapos nalaman ko po sa kumpanya na lilipatan ko na hinaharang ng fastel na makalipat ako sa kanila at sinabi pinipirata daw ako kya ako lilipat dun tama po ba na harangin nila ang paglipat ko sa isa pang kumpanya?
