Hi All,

Need your legal advice.

We were rate by our performance but may mga questions ako.

failed ako sa attendance due to my leaves, pero lahat ng leaves ko approved, tama b un?

and ako padin nmn gumagawa ng work ko. khit nakaleave ako.gianagawa ko ung naiwan pag pumasok na ako.

other thing, may kasamahan kmi n may mga leaves din at puro late pero passed xa.

i don't think the performance appraisal is based solely on leaves or absences.

anyway, no bearing ang "leave" being approved sa appraisal. kung absent ka zero productivity. kahit anong habol mo sa work mo.. for that day, you gained zero points.

ngayon, look also what other items that you have low score on kaya ka bumagsak and that is where you need to improve. kasi yung kasamahan mo kahit na may leave pumasa, baka pumasa din siya sa ibang items.

sa work mismo, i don't think na babagsak ako. actually ako lang dto ang gumagawa ng way para mapabilis ang work. binago ko ung way para magawa ang work ko.

for attendance rating: ano ba ang mas matimbang, approved leaves or lates(which is yung kasama ko halos araw araw)? late for 30-60minutes or more.

ang kung sa peding works, dapat magawa un bago mag month-end.which ako is day after ng leave ko gawa ko na agad.

ask ko lng din kung tama to: may benefits kaming 15 for each vl/sl which is ginagamit ko lng din kaya tama bang ibawas un sa performance? kasi more likely kasi ang nagagamit ko sl n hnd naman naten mapipigilan.

pag leave automatic 0.. pag late lang, may productivity pa din yun.. so mas ok yung late kesa leave..

in some companies, counted ang VL kasi it can be scheduled and you can adjust productivity.. pag SL yun ang mababa ang score kasi not scheduled yan..

anyway, asa bank po kami and hindi din po kami sa branch. sa head office po kami. pag wala o nakaleave po kami, wala pong gagawa ng work namin unlike sa call center or sa branch na kung wala ka. ang maiiwan ang magsho-shoulder ng work mo. kung anu iniwan mo kahit ma admit kapa sa hospital for 1 week, yun padin gagawin mo pagpasok mo. o mag vl ka ng 1 week. ikaw at ikaw padin ang gagawa.

productivity kasama ba sa attendance? panu kung may rate for productivity at may rate din sa attendance? same sya na bababa? tanx wrote:

depends sa appraisal ng company ninyo. pag magkahiwalay dapat magkaiba ang rate, pero attendance can affect the overall rating. if your productivity rating have gone down, why not ask your superior why you got that rating.
