Tanong lamang po dahil hindi po malinaw sa akin ang separation pay.

Halimbawa ang isang empleyado ay isang minimum wage earners, nagkataon na nagsarado na ang branch na kanyang pinapasukan, siya ay mabibigyan ng separation pay at willing naman ang kumpany na magbigay ng separation pay sa kanya.

Paano ba ang computation nito? kung ang empleyado ay sumusweldo ng 502.00/day as basic salaray at 10.00/day COLA.

Kasama ba ang COLA sa computation ng separation pay?

Salamat po sa sasagot at kung sana mabibigyan ninyo ako ng article from DOLE na nagsasaad na kung ano ang computation ng separation pay. Confused po ako kung kasama ang COLA sa computation if yung tao is on a minimum wage earner.

Questiion Lang po about BACK PAY Basic pay ko po is 16K Nung una po 5k Lang binibigay nilang backpay at pinipilit ako pumirma per Sabi ko po recompute nila dahil 1yr 6 months aq Sa company then 11k po nung bumalik ako nde pa rin po ako pumirma kc nakita ko po UNG leave credits ko na 12k nde na credit dahil nde daw ako eligible Wala naman po sa contract ko handwritten Lang din ung nakasulat na not eligible for leave conversion. Madami po sila hocus focus in house call center bgc

what do you mean back pay? there is a difference between back pay (or back wages) and final pay computation.

so final pay mo consist of 13th month pay from jan to april 10, plus yung pinasok mo na hindi mo pa nasahuran since your last pay + leave conversion kung meron ka

First of all I wanna thank you and the rest of the members here n nagreply. Sorry kung madami aq tanong this is my very 1st BP0 kasi😁😎
May nakalagay dun s computation na 12k leave credits then sa ibaba handwritten Lang na not eligible for leave credits I asked why and nobody wants to explain.1st attempt ko 5k Lang binibigay then nung nag demand ako Ng recomputation naging 11k 90 days Kong hinintay un para magkamali p sila at Ang malala nun tinarayan pa ko Ng hr personnel.

Good day, I’ve been working in this BPO company for almost 3 years this December 2018. Last March 25 to be exact I was put on TLO (Teamporary Lay OFF) due to low call volume. My status is still active in the company but no work no pay since March.

My question is, gaano po ba katagal e placed Ang employee on TLO? It’s my 5th month this August and up until now floating pa rin status ko. May makukuha po ba ako like separation pay?

if beyond six months they need to give you separation pay

if they file it under redundancy 1 month for every year of service.  If they file under retrenchment, 1/2 month for every year
