Arresto Menor
Good evening po, my problem is about the Asus laptop that I have purchased in Axel PC Gadget Inc.last May 19, 2018 here in Mariveles Bataan. 1week replacement and policy at 1yr. warranty amounting to 21,800. paid 8,500 pesos for downpayment and the rest will be paid thru Homecredit, so aabot po ng 26,000 plus yung item dahil 9 months to pay, 1977.95 each month. June 29 binalik ko kasi nag auto shutdown at dko po magamit, nagawa nila ,last july 3 po nawala sound, binalik ko uli, last july 19 nagloko naman po yung keyboard at nag auto shut down na naman..I ask them kung pwede palitan kasi defective yung product at major defect na yun ayaw na mag-on..maingat po ako sa gamit actually 7years sa akin yung una ko laptop. May karapatan po ba ako na papalitan ito kahit na lampas na 1 week? Maraming salamat po..until now di pa po nila nagagawa.
