Ako po ay isang empleyado ng MG EXEO which is sub contractor po ni PLDT.

Contract ko po
"Your employment with the COMPANY shall be co-terminus with the project and manpower needs and requirement of the department, phase or section where you are assigned, or the completion of the or termination of the project, whichever comes first. In the event that the projects or any phase thereof where you are assigbed is extended beyond the aforesaid period, your project employment shall be correspondingly extended and shall terminate upon the completion of the said extended phase of the project. The aforesaid project is estimated to completed on APRIL 30, 2020. Nothing contained in the agreement shall be construed or interpreted as establishing regularity of your employment with the COMPANY, regardless of the duration or length of time your PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT as provided above."

Ganto po kase nangyari. Pinatigil po ng dole ang company namin na mag operate at makalipas ang ilang buwan e mag ooperate na sila pero sa ibang kumpanya na hind na po PLDT.
Ang tanong ko lang po. Dapat bang bayaran kami ng kumpanya namin dun sa unang kontrata bago sila mag operate ulit para sa ibang kumpanya na?
May habol ba kami dun sa dating kontrata?
